Epic Resins has once again invested into more capital equipment. We’ve purchased generators to keep our production plant operating during a situation of power loss. Power is critical to the production of all epoxy resins, polyurethane adhesives, potting compounds, and other adhesive products manufactured at Epic Resins.
All of our manufacturing processes require specific temperature, pressure, and mix of added chemicals at precisely the right time. In the event of a power loss, the urethane adhesive or potting compounds we are manufacturing would be halted. The result would be changes in pressure and temperature, which would interfere with the entire manufacturing process and could destroy the products we are creating. When manufacturing processes are interrupted, more time and expenses are necessary to recreate the destroyed products, leading to increased costs of our products. This can now be avoided with the purchase of our new generators.
Our new generators ensure our manufacturing process will never be interrupted due to a power outage.
