Popular Motor and Stator Compounds:

Epic S7566 is a two-component polyurethane potting compound designed for use as a high performance electrical potting compound. S7566 combines high thermal conductivity, excellent electrical properties, and good thermal stability, making it an excellent candidate for heavy-duty motor and electrical potting applications.

Epic S7567 is a two-component epoxy that is designed for use in high voltage ignition coils and motor/stator potting applications. It features good electrical properties, high thermal conductivity and a superior 155°C Tg for extremely demanding applications. S7567 is formulated with a convenient 1:1 by volumetric mix ratio.

Epic 0218 is a single component epoxy adhesive and potting compound designed to pass UL 94 HB. It is engineered with an excellent combination of bonding, thermal and structural strength properties. The fast gel time aids in efficient processing to reduce WIP. 0218 exhibits good storage stability and features a 10-month shelf life at 25°C.

Epic 0140 is a single component 100% solids epoxy resin system designed for impregnation of coils, transformers, motors and other electrical items needing insulating. 0140 has outstanding shelf stability, very low viscosity and good electrical properties. 0140 can be used as a potting resin, dip process resin, or V.P.I. resin system. 0140 is filled with silica for systems requiring thermal conductivity.

Epic 0130 is a rigid, heat-curable single component, thixotropic epoxy compound. 0130 features a 100% reactive, high heat deflection temperature, excellent electrical and heat transfer properties, and a long shelf life.

Epic 0155 is a one-component anhydride cure epoxy that can be used in both casting and small potting applications. With low viscosity, 0155 is excellent in penetrating and sealing tightly wound coils.

Epic 0171 is a single component, 100% solids epoxy resin system designed for the impregnation of coils, transformers, motors, and other electrical items needing insulating. 0171 has outstanding shelf stability, low viscosity, and good electrical properties.

Epic X93C1961 is a single component thixotropic epoxy compound that is 100% reactive and has a high heat deflection temperature. This product also has excellent electrical and heat transfer properties, and long shelf life.

Epic 0156 is a single component 100% solids epoxy and polyurethane system designed for impregnation of coils, transformers, motors and other electrical items needing insulating. 0156 has outstanding shelf stability, low viscosity, and great electrical properties.

Epic 0215 features 100% reactive materials, a high heat deflection temperature, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity properties with a long shelf life. This epoxy can be used as a wet-winding/brushing compound for rotating or field coils which require high bond strength.

Epic 0216 is a single component, thixotropic epoxy compound. It features a long shelf life, controlled thixotropy, and excellent electrical and physical properties. It is designed for encapsulation and impregnation of stator end windings through the use of vacuum/pressure impregnation (VPI).
