Epic S7254

Epic S7254 is an economical urethane casting material designed for filter end cap manufacturing.  S7254 exhibits rapid cure for fast mold cycling, lending itself well to swimming pool filter applications.

Epic S7357

Epic S7357 is a two component polyurethane compound designed for use in filter end caps for pool and spa filter cartridges.  Epic S7357 polyurethane has been specially treated to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria, very important criteria for swimming pool and spa filters.  The S7357 provides fast production cycle times and rapid hardness development.  The shore D hardness of 69-75 provides a flexible, self-gasketing end cap while still offering excellent chemical resistance to common pool and spa chemicals.

 

 

Epic S7364

Epic S7364 is a two component polyurethane compound that is designed for pool filter endcaps.  S7364 features good hydrolytic stability and chlorine resistance.  S7364 also contains a biocide that aids in improved fungal resistance.

Epic S7443

Epic S7443 is a two component urethane potting/casting material designed for use in filter end cap applications.  S7443 is designed to provide superior resistance to chlorine in pool and spa filter applications.
