Electrical and electronic potting compounds are designed to insulate and protect electrical and electronic potted components from application and environmental stresses. We offer a comprehensive selection of low cost epoxy and polyurethane potting compounds to meet the most demanding device application specifications.  

Our electronic potting and encapsulating compounds are formulated to provide consistent material performance to achieve the most exacting electronic potting application properties including excellent dielectric properties, electrical insulation resistance, thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, mechanical strength, adhesion, hardness, cure speed and chemical resistance.

Advanced Potting and Encapsulation Product Technology   

Our electrical potting compounds are based on one and two-component epoxy resin and two-component polyurethane resin chemistries. They are solvent-free liquids, 100 percent solids formulated epoxy and polyurethane resin compounds. Epic Resins potting compounds are designed to efficiently fixture and encapsulate electronic components, while also protecting them from adverse environmental, mechanical, thermal and electrical stresses.  Our electronic potting compounds also provide excellent electrical insulation to extend the life cycles and enhance the performance of potted electrical and electronic devices.
