Epic Resins produces many polyurethane adhesives and potting compounds designed for use in HEPA filters.  With our urethanes, no preheating is required.  Epic Resins products are designed for excellent flow as well as possessing excellent adhesive qualities.  Our polyurethane adhesives have the strength to withstand rough handling without cracking or tearing.  We also manufacture a variety of polyurethane gels used for sealing applications.  Our urethane gels, adhesives and potting compounds are manufactured to provide you a consistent material with no gel time drift and no additional catalyst adds in your facility.  Because Epic Resins uses the latest in polyurethane technology, there is no need to have multiple formulas for different times of the year.

Epic S7444

Epic S7444 is a two component unfilled polyurethane casting material designed to provide a fast cure with low exotherm.  S7444 urethane is an excellent adhesive and is formulated with a low viscosity and a Shore A hardness of 90.

Epic S7445

Epic S7445 is a two component unfilled polyurethane potting material designed to provide a fast cure with low exotherm.  Epic S7445 urethane is formulated with a low viscosity, enabling good flow through the media pack.  Epic S7445 urethane has a Shore A hardness of 88 and is an excellent adhesive on wood and metal.

 

Epic S7446

Epic S7446 is a low cost, low viscosity two component polyurethane potting material designed for filter end cap applications.  S7446 features a fast cure time and medium hardness.
