Epic S7289
Epic S7289 is a two component 100% reactive epoxy adhesive designed for automotive filter applications. S7289 epoxy resin filter adhesive was designed to bond to cadmium coated steel and exhibits good adhesion to many different metal substrates. As a filter adhesive, S7289 has very good chemical resistance to most automotive fluids including coolants and lubricants.
Epic S7381
Epic S7381 filter adhesive is designed as a high hardness polyurethane casting material for use in filter end cap applications. The S7381 urethane's high hardness and rapid cure allow for the fast processing of chemically resistant end caps. Epic S7381 gel time can be adjusted to suit your production requirements. Epic S7381 filter adhesive is also available in a variety of colors.
Epic 0161
Epic 0161 is a filled, medium viscosity one component epoxy resin filter adhesive ideally suited for harsh filtration environments that require exposure to such items as aviation fuels, Skydrol(R), gasoline and other hydraulic fluids. Epic 0161 processes in less that 30 minutes at 175C and possesses great shelf stability in a one component epoxy adhesive/potting compound.
Epic S7189
Epic S7189 is a two component epoxy adhesive designed specifically for filter end caps. This system features controlled wicking, excellent chemical resistance and fast cure rates. The 3:1 mix ratio by volume and non-abrasive filler of this filter adhesive make it well suited for meter-mix dispense applications.
Epic S7292
Epic S7292 is a bright white two component epoxy filter adhesive that will maintain its hardness at 200F. Epic S7292 offers good chemical resistance and bonds well to most end cap materials. This material is being used in applications to filter aviation fuels and to filter various petroleum based oils and lubricants.
Epic S7136
Epic S7136 is a two component epoxy potting/casting compound. Epic S7136 has been designed for applications that require low water absorption and good chemical resistance in conjunction with good thermal conductivity. When cured for 1 hour @100C, Epic S7136 has outstanding chemical resistance and has shown no physical breakdowns after a 1 year soak in methylene chloride. Epic S7136 can be processed in as little as 5 minutes when cured at elevated temperatures. Epic S7136 is well suited for applications to filter gasoline, hydraulic fluids, and oils at elevated temperatures.
Epic 0172
Epic 0172 is a one component epoxy casting material. Epic 0172 has excellent resistance to thermal shock. Epic 0172 performs in filtration applications seeing temperatures from -40C to 400F, with good adhesion to most endcaps. With good chemical resistance, Epic 0172 is a great choice when you have a demanding application over a wide temperature range.
Epic S7452
Epic S7452 is a two component urethane filter adhesive/sealant designed to have a convenient 4:1 volumetric mix ratio and be self-leveling when mixed. Epic S7452 features good adhesion to a variety of substrates along with a short gel-time for fast turnover of parts. Epic Resins S7452 performs well when exposed to harsh bio-diesel fuel.
