Job Description

 

The Marketing Coordinator supports Epic Resins’ growth by managing and executing external marketing and communication initiatives within an industrial B2B environment. This role is responsible for maintaining consistent brand messaging across print and digital platforms, coordinating media and trade show marketing and supporting sales communications. The ideal candidate understands industrial markets, technical products, and the importance of clear, accurate, and customer-focused communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

External Communications & Digital Platforms:

  • Manage external communications, including email, website content and social media to support brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Develop and distribute marketing communications tailored to industrial customers.
  • Maintain and update website content, including technical product information and industry news, aligning accurately with sales priorities.
  • Coordinate website maintenance, content updates and functionality improvements. 

 

Media & Brand Marketing:

  • Coordinate media marketing efforts across industry publications, digital advertising, and promotional opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets, including datasheets, brochures, presentations and digital content.
  • Develop and distribute product releases, technical updates, and corporate communications.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and media partners as needed.
     

Trade Shows & Industry Events:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in trade shows, conferences and events.
  • Manage booth logistics, displays, promotional material and show communications.
  • Collaborate with sales to support lead capture and follow-up strategies.
  • Track trade show performance, including leads generated and overall effectiveness.

 

Internal Events & Communications:

  • Coordinate internal company events to support engagement and corporate culture.
  • Assist with internal communications related to company milestones and events.

 

Collaboration, Planning & Reporting:

  • Work with sales and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines and budgets.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, email engagement, media performance and event metrics.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, prefer within manufacturing, industrial or B2B.
  • Experience managing website content, email marketing and social media channels.
  • Familiarity with trade shows, marketing materials and media communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to technical accuracy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with industrial markets such as resins, chemicals or manufacturing.
  • Preferred: Basic graphic design or layout experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM, email and social media metrics).
