R1003/H5002 - Low Viscosity Epoxy Structural Adhesive
- • Epic R1003/H5002 is a low-viscosity, filled epoxy adhesive
- • Works great in batch or plural component spray gun processing
- • Free-flowing and non-abrasive, eliminating check valve plugging and reducing equipment wear
- • Bonds materials at ambient temperatures ranging from -53°C to 121°C, depending on your choice of hardener
- • Excellent structural bonds with metal, wood and plastics, including foams; when used with the appropriate hardeners
RM2000 - Moisture-Cure Polyurethane
- • RM200 is a single-component polyurethane, no mixing required
- • Moderate viscosity and a 20 to 30 minute work time
- • Bonds well to a variety of substrates, including PVC, rubber matting, aluminum and steel
- • Developes ample green strength within hours of application
- • Used in insulated doors, insulated panels and automotive floor cover bonding
RM2001 - Moisture-Cure, Single-Component Polyurethane
- • RM2001 is a single-component polyurethane, no mixing required
- • Designed to bond various material skins to foam or wood substrates
- • Moisture-curing
- • Provides a handleable cure in 2 - 3 hours at 75°F after misting with the appropriate amount of water
- • Designed to have improved open time prior to water misting
S7044-02 - Unfilled Epoxy Adhesive
- • Epic S7044-02 is an unfilled, low-viscosity, two-component epoxy adhesive
- • Formulated for high-performance bonding applications
- • Excellent tensile shear strength at elevated temperatures up to 300°F and a convenient mix ratio
- • Requires only a moderate temperature curing schedule in order to develop optimum cured properties
- • Meets the two-part adhesive requirements of ASTM E-1794 for bonding foam-cored sandwich panels to withstand long exposure to wide temperature ranges
S7179-02 - Semi-Flexible Epoxy
- • Epic S7179-02 is a two-component epoxy adhesive
