Research and Development Lab Technician

Join a hands-on team where innovation meets real-world manufacturing. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Lab Technician to join our Research & Development team in Palmyra, WI. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced chemists in both laboratory and small-scale manufacturing environments, helping bring new ideas and products to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform and organize testing using a variety of laboratory equipment
• Assist with mixing and preparing compounds using small-scale industrial equipment
• Accurately maintain lab notebooks and records
• Enter and manage technical data using Windows-based systems
• Follow ISO standards and established lab procedures
• Support day-to-day R&D operations in both lab and production environments 

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Familiarity with measurements, weights, and basic math calculations
• Understanding laboratory practices is a plus

Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• Technical or laboratory experience preferred—but we’re willing to train the right candidate

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Day shift (8-hour shifts, flexible hours)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
