Epic Resins, the top custom potting compound formulators, had to get an LED light encapsulated with a thermally conductive epoxy resin potting compound. This potting compound formulation was developed with a low viscosity and long pot life capable of ensuring complete circuitry encapsulation and a void free, moisture resistant epoxy barrier separating the electronics and the elements.
